The main objective of our Employee Assistance Programme is to provide a series of resources to solve personal, social or work-related problems.
The Employee Assistance Programmes are extended to those members of the employee’s family that share the same roof with him/her. Considering a person as an inseparable unit, one of the goals we want to achieve is to maintain a work-life balance.
